Ceilings
Ceiling construction can vary dramatically with the design goals.
Ceilings can have less of an STC impact if you are on the top floor and do not expect air traffic or external noise from above.
- Calculate the weight load of the ceiling with finishing treatments
- Estimate weight Implement a spring isolated ceiling when necessary with impact noise coming from above
- Provide AutoCAD drawings of appropriate springs, clips or other vibration isolating products
- Hang acoustical clouds to reduce reverberation and lower ambient noise in restaurants, clubs and theatres.
